This study examines the implementation of an innovative violence victim services hub in Rochester, NY. Guided by program and implementation theory, we use a mixed methods approach to explore process challenges and project outcomes. This study is divided into 5 sections. First, we examine the gaps in existing services for violence victims. Second, we provide a conceptual overview of the violence victim services hub and its core functions. Third, we explore project implementation challenges. Fourth, we explore the impact of the project on violence victims and their families. Finally, we discuss the implications of these findings for efforts to better serve violence victims in urban communities.
