Data collection is a fundamental component of Hospital Violence Intervention Programs (HVIPs), serving as the backbone for assessing program effectiveness, identifying trends, and making informed decisions. However, the process of gathering data in this context is fraught with various challenges that can impact the quality, accuracy, and comprehensiveness of the information collected.
