The Effect of the COVID-19 Restrictions on Drug-Related Calls

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of the COVID-19 restrictions on drug-related calls in a city in Vermont. The data covered the period from 2015 through 2023. The result of daily-interrupted time series analysis showed that the COVID-19 restrictions affected drug-related calls. The implications are discussed.
