How Did Three Jurisdictions Respond to COVID? How Did This Aid Re-entry and Desistance?

Abstract

This paper will report on the initial findings of the project, using data and insights from interviews with former-inmates and practitioners in Canada, England and Finland. The paper takes a comparative angle, in order to learn "what happened?" in each of these countries, and how this was related to successful re-entry and desistance.
