Organizational trust deals with the level of trust a person has with different parts of an employing organization. There are different types of organizational trust, and supervisor and management trust are two major types. Strain-based conflict is a dimension of work-family conflict where a person bring home work strains and issues which cause conflict and problems at home. The current study examined how supervisor and management trust were related strain-based conflict among staff at a U.S. juvenile correctional facility. The results will be presented and discussed.
