Organizational justice deals with the perceptions that the employing organization treats a person in a fair and justice manner. There are different dimensions of organizational justice. Organizational commitment deals with the strengthen of the bond between a person and the employing organization. The current study examined how different dimensions of organizational justice are associated with the organizational commitment of officers working at a prison in India. The results will be presented and discussed.
