Justice and Job Stress Among Chinese Community Corrections Staff

Abstract

Organizational justice is the perceptions that the organization treats employees in a just and fair manner. Distributive and procedural justice are two major dimensions of organizational justice. The current study examined how distributive and procedural justice are associated with job stress among community corrections agents in China. The results will be presented and discussed.
