• In Event: Research on the Effects of Work Environment Variables on Criminal Justice Employees

Abstract

Job involvement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment are major work attitudes for criminal justice employees. The current study examined how these job attitudes were associated with life satisfaction among police officers in China. The results will be presented and discussed.
