Assessing Receptivity and Proactive Tendencies in an Agency Seeking to be More Evidence-Based

Abstract

The research team will provide the results of their assessment of the agency’s proactive capacity based on an agency-wide survey conducted at the initiative's start. The survey assesses the impact of organizational support, receptivity, training, expectations, cynicism, demographics, and other measures on willingness to be proactive.
