Analysis focuses on properties used as drop shipping locations, considering factors like walkability, bikeability, transit access, and proximity to educational institutions. Findings indicate a preference for properties in transitional states, challenging conventional theories on crime geography. The study estimates the time from property listing to its use as a drop address, offering insights into criminal logistics and informing law enforcement strategies.
