Abstract

The idea of restorative review meetings of complainants with people who represent the organisation is well discussed in health care with medical mistakes. Building on 12 experiments in restorative justice for crime victims, this paper describes how the concept could apply to people who complain about stop & search encounters--and how the idea can be tested experimentally.
