IDEA Analytics and Amarillo (TX) Police (APD) will join the SPI Thematic Panel to share their approaches to technology implementation that have resulted in faster response times, enhanced incident awareness for officer safety, and proactive measures for public safety. Discussants will share the evaluation of management practices of meticulous planning and steadfast leadership approaches to overcome the complexities of digital transformation, leveraging technology to work smarter and safeguard communities effectively.
