Ethics? Ethical Training in Criminal Justice Professions

Abstract

This comparative study examines education and training practices in five police academies and five criminal justice higher education degree programs. Preliminary data indicates a lack of attention to specific ethical training in both settings. Finally, we recommend training and educational standards to improve and or eliminate unethical behavior.
