This paper is a re-examination of a previous study by the author examining whether location of school district can impact the role of school resource officers. A survey of 78 school resource officers was conducted with questions regarding their perception of their role, their duties, and the interactions they have with students. The variables examined were location of school district, role, race, and gender and found no significant relationship between these variables. This follow-up study takes other variables included in the survey into account to provide a more robust analysis of the data.
