This paper examined the violent victimization profile of 13-17 year-olds participating in the national 2017 Global School Based Student Health Survey for Jamaica towards identifying and mapping the response efforts by sex, region, governmental and non-governmental organization at the time of the survey and the current situation with these interventions. Through review of reports and analysis of data from semi structured interviews with stakeholders, the paper sheds light on the difficulties of sustainability with interventions, gaps in case management and the need for improved harmonization of data on violence experienced by juveniles.
