Emphasis will be placed on the peer mentors’ firsthand experiences, detailing what approaches facilitated effective mentorship and which aspects were less effective. The discussion will highlight practical examples of mentor-mentee interactions, the impact of these relationships on both parties, and the overall contribution to the educational experience of new students in the department.
