This research proposes a comprehensive AI-based framework designed to enhance citizen safety in Seoul by addressing digital sexual crimes through automated detection and management of harmful digital content. The initiative supports the operational needs of the Seoul Digital Sexual Crime Support Center by incorporating advanced technological methods into three primary areas of content analysis: video, audio, and text. The AI system was verified through rigorous field research, focused on automating the processes of detection and removal of digital sexual crime contents. Continuous monitoring and prevention of recurrence are facilitated through AI-driven web crawling across online platforms and social media, ensuring a proactive approach to managing and mitigating digital sexual crimes in Seoul. This framework aims to provide a robust technological solution to a pressing social issue, demonstrating the potential of AI in public safety applications.
