Session Submission Type: Complete Thematic Panel
The current panel, hosted by the National Counterterrorism, Innovation, Technology, and Education (NCITE) Center of Excellence for the Department of Homeland Security, focuses on national security researchers, practitioners, and workplace violence. The first presentation combines survey and interview data to examine the impact of violent material on counterterrorism practitioners. The second presentation is a Rapid Evidence Assessment (REA) focused on research across multiple fields in which individuals are exposed to traumatic imagery, or events. The final presentation combines datasets to examine trends in workplace violence in the United States.
