This panel will feature new research findings on the individual-level and contextual predictors of school crime and school violence. The papers will address the role of parental incarceration in predicting school versus community arrest, the within- and cross-domain effects of school and community factors on school and community violence, and the uniqueness of the predictors of school shootings versus community shootings.
