Abstract/Description

Community Based Corrections officers and staff are critical to the effective and efficient operations of a modern criminal justice system. This panel will explore the influences of Organizational Support, Organizational Trust, Work Family Conflict, Job Factors, and Health Factors, on Job Satisfaction, Job Commitment, and Job Stress for both sworn and nonsworn community corrections employees.
