Abstract/Description

This panel highlights research being done in the field of labor trafficking. First, this panel will explore existing research on labor trafficking and provide a synthesis of what is known, gaps in prior work, and implications for future scholars to consider. Second, the process of conducting a labor trafficking assessment in Nebraska will be reviewed for an ongoing study, including the development of the multi-phased project and lessons learned. Third, the preliminary findings from interviews for the labor trafficking assessment in Nebraska will be discussed.
