Session Submission Type: Complete Thematic Panel
Convict Criminology emerged as informal US-based organization in 1997 and began to expand internationally in the 2010s. Since that time, formal and informal CC groups have either emerged or in the developmental stages in at least six other countries. This panel brings together scholars from Britain, Australia, Ireland, and the U.S. to discuss their views regarding the development of an International Convict Criminology organization.
