Session Submission Type: Complete Thematic Panel
The Reactions to the Threat of Crime in Offline & Online Spaces survey, a nationally generalizable dataset of 1500 U.S. adults fielded in 2021, measures victimization and offending in both offline and online spaces. The dataset includes variables on fear of crime, self-protective behaviors, and attitudes towards crime. The presentations in this panel will share research conducted using the dataset from various perspectives that yield theoretical and practical findings on traditional and cyber victimization.
