Session Submission Type: Complete Thematic Panel
This panel explores various ways in which Rutgers SCJ, as an institution and as

The panel includes papers on Black and Latinx preadolescents’ experiences with and views of the police; on the police use of deadly force against children and adolescents; on reflections of adults who, as children, had a parent who was incarcerated; and on the legal and procedures hurdles immigrants experience in court.
