Session Submission Type: Complete Thematic Panel

Abstract/Description

The Justice for All (JFA) Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) project was awarded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and grant partners (the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, the National Center for State Courts, and RTI International). The purpose of this grant’s TTA services is to utilize the experience, expertise, and resources of the JFA grant team to help address criminal legal system issues and needs related to the Sixth Amendment. This panel focuses on three innovative projects under this grant that collaboratively worked with local public defense systems to examine Sixth Amendment issues in their community through prospective data collection.
