Abstract/Description

This session continues a successful roundtable in 2023 focusing on the experience of scholars with an orientation toward social justice in the years after receiving their PhD. Participants will discuss how their goal of linking scholarship and social justice has fared as they navigate the world of work in and beyond academia, exploring what helped and what hindered, and what lessons can be learned from their experience.
