Abstract/Description

This roundtable sponsored by the Division on Convict Criminology will provide insight into careers outside of academic positions and the experiences of people impacted by the criminal legal system in those roles. Discussants will share their experiences navigating the job market and working in positions at nonprofit organizations. Discussants will describe the distinct advantages and challenges to working in the nonprofit sector with lived experience related to the criminal legal system.
