Abstract/Description

Mentorship is an important component of academic and professional development. However, most mentorship discussions do not include an international component. This roundtable will discuss mentoring and how it can involve a more international focus. The discussions will focus on the importance of mentoring and its benefits, as well as include questions and experiences of international mentoring.
