Session Submission Type: Roundtable Session
This discussion will be centered around the reasons and methods behind connecting case-level data across several system points. Presenters will discuss motivations for connecting these data, challenges and obstacles that must be considered and overcome in doing so, and how these efforts can benefit criminal justice research as a whole. The presentation will also include examples from sites involved in the Safety and Justice Challenge, where presenters will highlight how one is able to analyze case details from arrest all the way to re-entry into the community.
