Child sexual abuse continues to be a serious concern at the national and regional levels. Using a retrospective chart review of more than 20 patient records from a community health center in Puerto Rico, this study aims to examine the prevalence and risk factors associated with in-person and online sexual abuse among adolescents and children. Moreover, sociodemographic attributes of victims, victim-offender dynamics, and incident characteristics are explored. Directions for future research and policy implications are discussed.
