Organizational Trust and Role Stress Among U.S. Juvenile Correctional Staff

Thu, Nov 13, 3:30 to 4:50pm, Congress - M4

Abstract

Organizational trust is part of the unwritten social contract between employing organizations and an employee. The two major forms of organizational trust are supervisor trust and management trust. Using data from a U.S. juvenile correctional institution, the current study examined the association of supervisor and management trust with role stress/strain. The results will be presented and discussed.
