Abstract

Community corrections agents are important resources in a justice system. Reducing turnover intent (the opposite of retention intent) is important. Using data from community corrections agents at a Chinese community corrections organization, the relationship of job stress, job involvement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment were examined. The results will be reported and discussed.
