Fairness is a salient workplace variable for community corrections agents. High view of organizational justice (fairness by the employing organization) should result in higher commitment to the organization, and low perceptions of organizational justice should result in lower commitment to the employing organization. The current study used survey data from community corrections agents in a western U.S. state to study how views of organizational justice are associated with organizational commitment. The results will be presented and discussed.
