People want to be treated fairly at work, and organizational justice is salient for those working in a prison. High view of organizational justice (fairness by the employing organization) should result in higher involvement in the job and low perceptions of organizational justice should result in lower involvement in the job. The current study used survey data from staff at an Indian prison to examine how views of organizational justice are associated with job involvement. The results will be presented and discussed.
