While not often studied, jail staff are an important part of the criminal justice system. Organizational trust by employees is important for an organization, and is low or missing, an employee may wish to leave employment with the organization. The current study explored the association of different types of organizational trust with turnover intent among jail staff. The data came from staff working at a U.S. jail. The results will be presented and discussed.
