Organizational Citizenship Behaviors are prosocial workplace efforts of a person going beyond what is expected at work. The current study examined how the level of organizational trust (trust in the organization and its key members) was associated with organizational citizenship behaviors of staff at two Chinese prisons. The results will be presented and discussed.
