Exploring How Different Bonds With The Organization Are Associated With Turnover Intent Among Indian Police Officers

Abstract

Organizational commitment is the bond between an employee with the employing organization. There are different types of bonds. What is not clear is if these different bonds have different associations with intent to remain or intent to leave an organization among police officers. The current study used data from a survey of Indian police officers to see if different types of organizational commitment varied with turnover intent. The results will be presented and discussed.
