Abstract

The Center’s analysis of quantitative data from the New York State Courts, the Office of Indigent Legal Services, and four counties selected for in-depth study, illustrate changes since the inception of the Hurrell-Harring reforms. In this presentation, the Center lays out what it has learned from these quantitative indicators that speaks to the impact, or otherwise, of the funding injection.
