Insights into Staffing Levels and Salaries of Court Support Personnel

Abstract

There is little information about court and clerk staff. This presentation discusses the findings from a recent study that analyzes workload, tasks, salaries, current and recommended staffing levels at courts and clerks' offices across Texas. The study uses multiple methods including web surveys, virtual interviews, Delphi panels, and an extensive data request (with more than 24000 data points) for all staffing levels and salaries.
