Lessons Learned from the Evaluation of PSN

Abstract

Evaluations of any large programs, like PSN, are likely to face challenges that threaten the ability to identify significant program effects. The final presentation describes the challenges and issues encountered in the PSN evaluation and strategies to mitigate these challenges. We share lessons learned that can help researchers with the evaluation of similar complex, large scale programs, as well as recommendations for research partners and other evaluators considering future site-specific PSN evaluations.
