Abstract

With funding from the Office for Victims of Crime, the Virginia Victims Fund (VVF), in partnership with ICF, conducted a comprehensive assessment of the statewide victim compensation program to build upon the success of the program and identify gaps in services to victims of crime. This presentation will share findings based on the perspectives and experience of program staff, victim service providers and allied professionals, and victims of crime collected through surveys, focus groups, and strategic planning.
