The 5-Key Reentry Model is an evidence-informed, adaptive, wellness-based reentry intervention that aims to improve participant overall well-being and reduce recidivism by providing behavioral health-focused supports to people before and after release from prison. By focusing on individual change and participant strengths, the 5-Key Model reflects the emerging focus on identity transformation as a pathway to desistance from criminal behavior. This presentation explores findings from the impact of the 5-Key Reentry Model on participant wellbeing and recidivism outcomes.
