Work-family conflict occurs when there is not balance between the salient life domains of work and home. The current study examined how the work-family conflict types of time-based, strain-based, behavior-based, and family-based conflict were related to the job satisfaction of community corrections agents in a Western U.S. state. The results will be presented and discussed.
