Organizational Justice and Involvement Among Chinese Community Corrections Agents

Abstract

People expect to be treated fairly by their employer, and this organizational justice. The current study examined how views of procedural and distributive justice were related to the job satisfaction of community corrections agents in China. The results will be presented and discussed.
