Civil And Criminal Liability Of Police Officers In South Korea

Abstract

During and after the COVID 19 pandemic, there has been calls for greater civil liability and criminal prosecution of police officers for negative work outcomes. The current study surveyed South Korean police officers on their views of civil liability and criminal prosecution of police officers. The results will be presented and discussed.
