Abstract

There are lots of myths about what you can and cannot do with research and your career outside of the academia. This session will lay out common concerns and myths about transitioning to AltAc spaces, and identify the evidence behind these myths. Through a series of myth busting, audience members will have a better idea about the realities of working in AltAc spaces from people who work in AltAc spaces.
