Abstract

Swiss and German criminal law share significant structural similarities, making the differences in their approaches and solutions all the more striking. These contrasting perspectives can offer valuable insights and be applied to both legal systems. Consequently, a dialogue format between these two legal systems fosters meaningful, in-depth discussions. PhD students from both universities have the opportunity to present and discuss their ongoing research, receiving immediate, detailed feedback and new ideas to enhance their projects.
