This research explores the development of cybercrime laws and criminal justice response to cybercrime in the state of Missouri. This study investigates Missouri court records for computer-related offenses and finds the county breakdown of each offense. We also present prosecutorial decisions, convictions, and sentencing related to these Missouri cybercrimes.
