Abstract

This presentation explores the role of journalism in Ukraine during the full-scale Russian war, focusing on wartime propaganda, disinformation, and the challenges of reporting with integrity in a conflict zone. Drawing on recent case studies, it examines how Ukrainian journalists navigate the complex interplay between national solidarity and public accountability. The presentation highlights the ethical, political, and practical difficulties of sustaining credible journalism in an environment shaped by both armed conflict and systemic disinformation.
