The discretionary application of law and law enforcement to disparate social groups in ways that advantage some and disadvantage others has long been a concern of criminologists and others concerned with the uniform application of justice. This panel examines how key policy directions of the Trump administration are threaten the rights of those who are not heterosexual, while increasing the scope for free action among those engage in corruption in the context of states and/or corporations.
